This is the official registration form (the data will be used to tell the Wacken organizers how many campers will be at the SnakeNet camp this year, and how much space we'll need).

If you are planning to attend WOA 2010 and would like to stay at Camp SNMR with us fellow SnakeNetters, please register here.

Please provide your mobile number as well as that was one of the lessons learned from two years ago that we may need to be able to contact everyone in case there are changes in where we are located (let's keep our fingers crossed that it will never happen again).

This year the group registration for WOA organizers should be done in March it seems (but there’s no precise information available so far so… it could be we have to react fast once they start), so register as soon as you can to make sure we are going to get a spot.
The official registration for group reservation is now open. We still have some time to compile the data but we'll try to set up a deadline for our own registration, so we're sure to have enough time to send the information to the organisers before on time
Note that the last name you fill in the form doesn't appear anymore on the summary page Winking Goatee

For those of you filling up the form on behalf of a group of friends, you can use the comment field to tell us the names or nicknames or those friends (so we can identify potential double entries if two people of the same group of friends fill up the form). Smilie Goatee


NOTE: If you're not sure about how many people will travel with you, DO REGISTER some kind of estimate!!! We can still adjust the numbers but it's better than nothing. If you register late (waiting for definitive answers), with a large group of people, it's possible there won't be any space left in our camp...
NOTE2: In this form, we ask you to provide more detailed information (transport, tents) and information you don't want published online (phone numbers), that's why you have to fill up the online form even if you've posted in the Who's going topic. Winking Goatee
NOTE3: For the phone numbers, please use the international format so we don't have to try to figure out which country it's from and what's the country prefix for it (for some countries it's easy, but others are a bit less easy to find) Grin

This year, we won't come to Wacken. This has various reasons, e.g. the linup this year compared to the 20th anniversary, the fact that not only 70k tickets were sold etc. And only for camping, the cards are too expensive Sad

If anyone of you don't have tickets yet, write me a mail, I got two of them for sale.
